An all new episode of Grey's Anatomy airs on ABC Thursday and viewers will see Dr. Miranda Bailey start to worry about the accusations made against her and the investigation she is at the center of.

Bailey is being investigated by the Center for Disease Control after several of her post-surgical patients developed infections. She is accused of being involved in the as-of-yet unexplained medical issue because she is the only doctor who treated all the patients that got the infection.

In Thursday's episode, Sleeping Monster, fans see the CDC lock Bailey out of the hospital system, making it even impossible for her to check on the status of her patients. Bailey also talks to Dr. Richard Webber about the accusations against her and she sounds paranoid. While teary-eyed she tells Webber "they think I did something wrong."

The outcome of the investigation "will have repercussions" for Bailey, actress Chandra Wilson said.

Every doctor at the hospital also gets their nose swabbed as part of the investigation. In the sneak peek below, fans see Meredith Grey admit that she wants to have a natural birth and also wants Cristina Yang in the room with her when it happens. Yang however, does not want to be in the room when Grey gives birth. Alex Karev then gets involved in the conversation and sides with Yang.

Intern Jo moves in with her new boyfriend and Karev, who has feelings for her, thinks it is a bad idea. He admits, though, that he will try to be nice and get along with Jo's boyfriend so he does not lose her as a friend. Yang suggests that he just punch Jo's new boyfriend.

Grey's Anatomy returns on Thursday with Sleeping Monster and its two-part finale airs May 16 at 9 p.m. on ABC. Former One Tree Hill star Hilarie Burton makes a guest appearance in the May 2 episode.
