While health and home guru Martha Stewart and rapper/weed connoisseur Snoop Dogg share the title of "ex-con," most would agree their similarities end there. However, after a very positive response to her sharing the stage with Snoop on The Martha Stewart Show, not once, but twice, the duo decided to take it to another level. This fall, unlikely entertainment forces join to gift all of us with Martha & Snoop's Dinner Party.

After Stewart invited Snoop to be a guest on her show, most likely to boost ratings after her stint in the slammer, fans of all ages raved over their unlikely chemistry.

The video, featuring Stewart in an ugly Christmas sweater and Snoop in a black velvet suit, was a recipe for success before it even started.

As they begin mixing flour into the brownie batter, a then 68-year-old Stewart asks Snoop, "Can't you rap while you're doing this? Tell me what you're doing and rap." Without hesitation, Snoop begins, "Tryin' to bake some brownies, but we're missin' the most important part of the brownies."

After the nervous giggle of the traditional Stewart audience over his allusion to marijuana dies down, she takes the lid off of the conjectural can of worms and throws it straight into her GE Monogram stainless 36-inch dual fuel range: "You want green brownies... He wants green brownies." All at once, we realized that perhaps some of Stewart's prim and proper had been shed in prison... and we loved it.

Unfortunately, the millennial love affair with the fancy felon recently came to a screeching halt when she made some unflattering comments highlighted in a NY Magazine article: "They don't have any initiative to go out and find a little apartment and grow a tomato plant on the terrace. I understand the plight of younger people... But you have to work for it. You have to strive for it..." Young people with debt in this jobless world were not happy.

However, it seems the internet is ready to give the odd couple another chance. In an interview with Variety, we hear that Snoop is definitely excited about it, "My homegirl, Martha and I have a special bond that goes back... We're gonna be cooking, drinking and having a good time with our exclusive friends."

So, if you're ready to forgive Stewart, grab your exclusive friends, a few drinks, and get ready for the high-light of your fall entertainment season.
