'Greys Anatomy' Season 9 Spoilers: Finale Lead Up Has Everything 'Rolling Down Hill'
With not much left to season 9 of Grey's Anatomy, fans are wondering what to expect for its finale episode airing in two parts on May 16.
Camille Luddington, who play intern Jo in the ABC series, recently tweeted about the upcoming episodes and created a new level of excitement and anticipation for the finale. It was revealed earlier in April that the finale, titled Perfect Storm, will have a natural disaster similar to Superstorm Sandy that will shake the hospital and its staff. Fans will see the hospital begin to relive another chaos in episode 22, titled Do You Believe in Magic.
Luddington tweeted on April 27, "If the greysFinale was a GiantSnowball-then nxt wks ep would b the beginning of it rolling dwn the hill&picking up DO.NOT.MISS.IT !"
That same day she wrote, "Greys anatomy final 3 episodes: get yourself an IV of wine. #DoctorsOrders."
She then added, "you should buy a defibrillator.. You'll need it at some point over the next 3eps."
Catch the next new episode of Grey's Anatomy on Thursday, May 2, 2013, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC. Former One Tree Hill star Hilarie Burton makes a guest appearance in the May 2 episode.
The official synopsis for episode 23 - Readiness is All - was released by the network recently. The May 9 episode will show a major storm coming to Seattle and Jo will be in a crisis. Read the full synopsis below:
"The doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital prepare for a super storm heading towards Seattle; Owen's desire to be a parent gets stronger as he becomes closer to Ethan; and one wrong move puts the lives of Meredith and her baby in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Jo looks to Alex for help in a moment of crisis, and one doctor gets the shock of her life, on Grey's Anatomy."
