Towanda Braxton’s husband, Andre, might have made a few appearances on this season of WeTV’s Braxton Family Values after being MIA the last few seasons, but now it looks like Braxton is ready to pull the plug on her marriage for good.

She has gone as far as officially filing for divorce from Andre, after she revealed that the two have an open marriage, Bossip reported over the weekend.

The site obtained the papers that Braxton filed in a Georgia court on Aug. 25 of this year.

Braxton is typically low key and private about her love life and marriage. But she made headlines after she stopped by The Wendy Williams Show and revealed she and Andre had an “open and front door situation,” which gave both of them the freedom to see other people despite their union.

Interestingly enough, Braxton was rumored to be dating none other than former NFL star Kordell Stewart, who at the time had just split from his wife Porsha Williams of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Andre hasn’t necessarily had the best image on the show. He was seen as Braxton’s jobless husband who appeared to want to stay home and take care of their children while Braxton took part in being Toni Braxton’s personal assistant. In the past he has said that he took issue with the whole story not being told on the show.

They tied the knot in 2004 and have two children—Braxton and Brooke—together. It’s possible this will play out in new episodes.
