The Final 2 seems to be cementing at this point in the Big Brother 18 house.

Final Three Houseguests: James Huling, Nicole Franzel and Paul Abrahamian

With Paul and Nicole winning Parts 1 and 2, respectively, of the final HOH competition, they will face off in Part 3 during Wednesday's live finale, with James only able to watch from the sidelines. Paul and Nicole have been talking all throughout the week about taking each other to the end, and while Paul seems more intent on this plan than Nicole, she is certainly coming around to it.

Monday was another day of talks between Paul and Nicole, with the former trying to get reassurances from the latter. Nicole was mostly just stressed about her Final 2 speech, admitting she was nervous about speaking to the jury as well as to America. She said she didn't want to get grilled by the jury, which is filled with women who dislike her.

At one point in the day, Paul and Nicole were speaking in the backyard about being okay with losing to each other. Meanwhile, James was watching and listening to them through a crack in the sliding door. It wasn't clear if James heard what they were saying, but based on his response later in the day, talking to the cameras and saying they were probably taking each other to the end, it has clearly sunken in to James.

Meanwhile, production decided to officially let the Final 3 know about the upcoming fall edition of Big Brother, a.k.a. Big Brother: Over the Top. The houseguests watched a commercial for the season, and the response from James and Nicole was that of excitement but also disappointment and frustration. Nicole even expressed that she and her fellow BB18 houseguests wouldn't have the full year to essentially milk this for all it's worth, considering fans will be focused on the new houseguests.

The Big Brother 18 finale airs Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
