LG V20 Preorder Date Finally Released; How Much Does the South Korean Smartphone Cost?
The much awaited LG V20 smartphone's release dates have finally been officially disclosed. When can enthusiasts get to preorder the model and how much does it cost?
People have been chattering about how long the release of the LG V20 in the market is taking. With the availability of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus in stores and the official announcement of Google Pixel, the new LG flagship may just be losing its steam.
Fret no more because a couple mobile carrier companies finally revealed the start of preorder and release date for the South Korean brand's new smartphone. CNET reported that AT&T will welcome preorders for the V20 starting today, Oct. 7. However, no exact release date has been disclosed by the company.
For those who plan to purchase the new LG model through AT&T, the company is offering two types of payment installments. The first one is a $27.67 per month paid for 30 months. The other payment scheme last for 24 months at $34.59 fee a month.
In total, both payment schemes would amount to around $830 making the V20's price almost the same as the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and the iPhone 7.
T-Mobile disclosed the official date of availability of the LG flagship. According to Droid Life, the V20 will be sold by the carrier starting Oct. 28. The company will be offering a limited time promotion that comes along with the phone's availability.
Anyone who purchases the LG V20 at T-Mobile will be given the Bang & Olufsen BeoPlay H3 headphones for free. This earbuds are usually priced at $150. The company has not yet released the pricing for the smartphone, but customers are assured that the cost will be released in the days to come, prior to the launch.
In terms of other carrier companies like Sprint and Verizon, they have confirmed that they will offer the South Korean smartphone to consumers. However, they have yet to disclose when the launch of the flagship will be or how much it will cost.
