One of the questions on the minds of many Justified fans is surely whether actor Patton Oswalt would be returning for Season 5 to reprise his role as Constable Bob Sweeney.

To the delight of the FX show's loyalists, it turns out that the 44-year-old will indeed be back, according to Buddy TV.

"I'm coming back," Oswalt said.

The Constable Bob character initially debuted in the opening episode of Season 4 as an aspiring cop trying to win over the approval of Raylan (Timothy Olyphant).

Despite being clumsy in demeanor, Bob ended up proving himself worthy by the season's final installment.

Strikingly similar to his dedicated character, Oswalt spoke about his very own resilience to power through the takes of some considerably grueling scenes.

"We both swallowed so much fake blood in those scenes because it's all Karo syrup, corn syrup basically, so over the course of the day, over the 8 hours. I think I had like 8 cokes. I was so wired and exhausted," he said.

Oswalt showed his humility by commending his director for how well the scenes were ultimately crafted together.

"In a lot of those scenes, when you see me trying to get my breath, I'm really trying to get my breathe, so I can say my next line because I'm being abused so hard. The director did a lot of acting for me," he explained.
