Pokemon GO is still attempting to gain back lost players and keep the ones who are still loyal to the app. Niantic's latest update on the cult game is rewarding those who play religiously day in and day out with daily bonuses.

To be certain that gamers will keep coming back to play Pokemon GO, Niantic is processing a new update, which includes the introduction of the daily bonus feature. With this, players who open the app on a daily basis will be awarded extra points, TNW reported.

The Niantic blog post announcing the upcoming update describes the nature of the latest feature. According to the creator's statement, trainers will be able to accumulate rewards points for doing specific tasks.

For instance, if a player is able to catch a pocket monster, bonus will be awarded. Also, if the gamer visits a Pokestop at least once a day, points will also be given. If, however, the player goes to a Pokestop for seven consecutive days, bigger bonus awaits him or her.

Niantic describe the mechanics of this new update in detail. As stated by the creator in the blog post, if the trainer catches a Pokemon, he or she earns 600 Stardustand 500 XP. Also, if the player is able to visit a Pokestop seven days in a row, 2,000 XP, including some in-game items, will be his or her bonus.

Niantic, in an effort to save the game, also recently updated the app to add a number of significant features to keep players hooked. The creator also sponsored a game event this Halloween where many fans actually attended. The event was a huge success considering the fact that many have already abandoned the game.

There is no word yet as to when the update will be ready for installment. However, given the pressing matter at hand, Niantic will definitely release the new update very soon.
