Their feud still hasn't had the chance to simmer down and give them a chance to rebuild a relationship as brothers, and now, after Jack's (Peter Bergmann) shocking actions, he and Billy (Jason Thompson) may never repair their relationship on The Young and the Restless.

Jack is still trying to take revenge on Billy and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) for their affair which destroyed his marriage, and now that he has officially said a final goodbye to Phyllis, he is turning his attention to Billy alone-and has handed an eviction notice to Brash and Sassy, forcing Billy's company he shares with Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Cane (Daniel Goddard) out of the Jabot building. And when Billy gets word, he will confront his brother for what he's trying to do.

"You're going to pretend this has anything to do with business," he says in a preview clip for the Thursday, Dec. 15. "It doesn't. I'm not letting you get away with it."

Jack will refuse to back down however, and he and Billy will once again be at the beginning of a massive feud between them, one that puts all their shared loved ones in the middle.

However, Billy won't be the only one who tries to fight Jack's latest action against him, as Victoria and Cane will also not just sit idly by and watch as Jack takes their office from them-and they will discuss their own possible plan to try and find a way to fight back.

"Jack's the one who signed the lease," cane says in the clip. "He can't just rip it up on a whim."

"It's not a whim," Victoria replies. "It's cold and calculated."

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
