Jennifer Aniston 'Friends' Reunion VIDEO, Taped For 'The Ellen Show' As Actress Co-Hosts
Fans have been waiting years to see a Friends reunion and Jennifer Aniston satisfied their longing wish - well sort of.
The 44-year-old actress reunited with Friends co-stars Matthew Perry and Courtney Cox in a skit filmed for The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
In an attempt to get some advice from Perry, Aniston shows up to his house unannounced at 8 a.m. However, the unexpected arrival doesn't sit well with Perry and he tells Aniston "we haven't actually seen each other in a really long, like eight years." Eventually, Cox comes to the door revealing that her and Perry have been intimate. DeGeneres and her wife Poria de Rossi also make a small cameo in the skit.
The video was shot to promote Aniston's co-hosting gig on The Ellen Show Wednesday. During the show, DeGeneres asked the question many fans are probably wondering: Does Aniston want to film a Friends reunion?
While the actress didn't provide a straightforward answer, she did express some feelings about her former co-stars.
"We were very nostalgic and miss working together," she said. "We miss each other and it's great a thing to go back to your family like that."
Aniston also said that "people will love it" if the former cast came together again for a reunion.
Next year marks a decade since the show has been on TV, and the once NBC hit doesn't seem likely to return. Executives told E! News in April that rumors of a reunion were false.
Fans will just have to keep hoping for the day that they get to see Aniston, Perry, Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer drinking coffee in Central Perk again.
