CBS's police crime action drama series, Criminal Minds, was one of those series that was looked forward to this year. Having aired its midseason premiere last week, fans are again excited over how their favorite characters' lives will turn out on the show.
On the previous episode titled "Seek and Destroy" aired just the other day, it featured a theme about family. According to a report from TV Fanatic, this is no the first time that the show decided to tackle about family. The part about the introduction of the new guy, Stephen Walker, is still going on and will be clear once the upcoming episodes air.
Although fans have initially refused to embrace the new character, who is officially replacing Aaron Hotchner, because of the Thomas Gibson issue, it has been speculated that fans will acknowledge the chemistry between Walker and the other characters soon enough.
Fans are expecting some major things to happen on the remaining episodes for the twelfth season. No official synopsis has been released yet for episode 11 but it has been speculated that Supervisory Special Agent Dr. Spencer Reid, portrayed by actor Matthew Gubler, will be back on the upcoming episode.
It was previously rumored that he has departed from the show but it was later reported that this claim was false. As per the aforementioned source, there is a major episode coming up for the character and viewers are just going to have to wait and see to find out what episode this is.
But as much as fans want to watch another episode of the series immediately, it was reported by CarterMatt that the next episode for Criminal Minds is set to air on February this year, on the first week.
As per the source, the reason for the show's break was still unclear but it was reported that the network, CBS, is adjusting for the other series that are scheduled to be released this month. It would probably be not a problem for fans to wait for a few more days even though the show is much anticipated.
