Duggar Family News: Joy-Anna Duggar Breaks Family’s Rules While Dating Austin Forsyth; Pregnancy Rumors Swirl
While there is still more than a month before Jill & Jessa: Counting On premieres on TLC, the Duggar family is already in news. Well, it is not the entire clan but ninth daughter, Joy-Anna Duggar, who has created ripples with her rumoured pregnancy.
Joy-Anna Duggar is said to have broken the family rules as she got intimate with her boyfriend Austin Forsyth during their courtship period, reports Blasting News. Not only this, the premarital sex also led to a pregnancy scare for Joy-Anna, prompting her and Austin to admit to her conservative parents what they had done. Thankfully, it did not turn out to be serious but it was enough to upset Jim Bob and Michelle, who have strict religious views about courtship.
As fans know, the Duggars are known to be conservative parents who have brought up their kids under disciplined atmosphere. Both Jim and Michelle have laid down courtship rules for their children and it forbids them from holding hands, kissing and certainly having premarital sex. However, sources say that Joy-Anna has done all of this and the parents are also aware of her deeds.
She has been dating Austin for around a year and they did not take long to get physically involved with each other, claims The Hollywood Gossip. Though the announcement came out in November last year when the two made their relationship public, fans could sense that they had been together for longer. Not only this, the two had been also doing all that the Duggars had forbidden.
Insiders claim that there was no way the Duggar daughter was following the family's conventions. Speaking of conventions, it is not the first time the rules have been flouted. Son Josh Duggar already created a stir in 2015 when he confessed to having molested his sisters when he was a teenager. He was also found to have an account on Ashley Madison and got into counselling to cure his porn addiction as well. This also led to the cancellation of the Duggars' show.
