Nina Dobrev Keeps Distance From Ian Somerhalder In ‘The Vampire Diaries’ Set [Report]
Nina Dobrev is back in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 but it looks like there's a catch and reports are swirling that she is feuding with Ian Somerhalder in the set. Ian and Nina have a history together so it's juts normal that the two are having a hard time while shooting some scenes.
Fans started to wonder if Nina and Ian are feuding since they are keeping their distance form one another on the set. Kevin Williamson, the creator of the hit series showed a photo of Nina and Paul Wesley together and Ian was not there.
People are not surprised anymore if the two are keeping their distance on the series because of their history as reported by Celeb Dirty Laundry. Besid4es, Ian is now happily married to Nikki Reed who is a former friend of Dobrev.
Viewers of "The Vampire Diaries" as well as the fans have been hoping even before for the ex-couple's reunion but they have to wait if their paths will cross in the scenes of the said series. If Ian might still harbor some feeling for his ex-girlfriend, then it's possible that their characters won't reunite.
Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev shared a romantic relationship before he got involved with Nikki Reed. Before their split, Somerhalder wanted to ask Nina's hand already for marriage but it was Dobrev who was not ready yet to tie the knot.
Then Ian just made it clear that he wasn't actually looking forward to be with Nina again on the show as per Variety. Instead of Elena's return, he wants that the show will end in a happy manner so he was not simply interested anymore for their reunion.
When he was interviewed recently about how he wanted the show to end, Ian shared that he has no idea and he just wants the fans to be happy. Since the fans want their reunion, then perhaps Ian will also give in to that idea eventually.
Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder's reunion in "The Vampire Dairies" thrills a lot of fans and the two have to act professionally whatever is their history. Besides, neither Nina nor Ian has made any comments about this issue.
