The Fosters returns for its midseason premiere Tuesday night, and here's how you can watch it online.

The second half of The Fosters' fourth season is set to air tonight, and viewers are waiting on bated breath to see what's next for Jesus (Noah Centineo) and Nick (Louis Hunter) in their squabble over Mariana (Ciera Ramirez).

"In the aftermath of Jesus' fight with Nick over Mariana, Jesus is knocked out. On the way to the hospital, things take a turn for the worse, leaving him fighting for his life," says the Freeform synopsis. "Meanwhile, Callie [Maia Mitchell] finds herself in a dangerous situation after taking a ride with Troy [Levi Fiehler] and Mariana is guilt-ridden over the fact that her actions led to Jesus' current condition."

This episode, titled "Insult to Injury", is written by Bradley Bredeweg and Peter Paige and directed by Rob Morrow.
