'Killing Fields' Spoilers: Rodie & Aubrey Making An Arrest Soon For Either Curtis Smith Or Eugenie Boisfontaine Case? [VIDEO]
They've been chasing the people behind some chilling murders that never got closure in Iberville Parish, but finally, Kiling Fields' Rodie Sanchez and Aubrey St, Angelo may be able to put one of their cases to rest and make an arrest.
In a clip for the Feb. 14 episode, the Detectives will finally have a warrant to arrest Tommy Francise for Curtis 'Cochise' Smith's death, after, according to Entertainment Tonight, they are also able to connect him to another 15-year-old cold case, the death of informant George Barrett.
Now, after waiting for a long time to get Francise behind bars for his crimes, Rodie may finally be seeing himself able to close some of his cases and put the right man in jail.
"All of these years, I've dreamed of this day," he says in the clip. "Tonight, Tommy Francise will sleep in a bedroom with bars around it."
However, getting Francise won't be entirely easy for them, even when they're given the warrant and okay to arrest him, as Aubrey notes they don't know if Francise is prepared for them coming to get him-and could have weapons and plan to use them to resist arrest.
"We're going into some dangerous business," he says. "Things could go bad at any minute for us."
Killing Fields airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on Discovery.
