Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice opened up about their ongoing feud ahead of premiere of season 5 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

The castmates who are related-Gorga is Giudice's sister-in-law, she is married to her brother Joe Gorga- admit they have still trust issues.

Melissa told Life & Style that when it comes to her sister-in-law "the trust isn't there."

"The trust needs to be built," she added. Melissa also shared that her nieces, Giudice's daughters, have openly teased her.

"They weren't taught a lot of (respect) toward me," Melissa revealed.

Giudice, however, said the claims are false and added, "do I say anything negative about Melissa or my brother in front of my children? No, that does not happen" she told Life & Style.

Melissa described the incident when Giudice spread rumors about her in an earlier season of TRHONJ that she cheated on her husband Joe with her ex-boyfriend, Brian "Bulldog" Bowen, as "unforgivable."

Giudice defended the incident and said she was just trying "warn [Melissa], before she came on the show" because she heard "rumors about her."

The married mother of four who is also an author who's books has landed on New York Times bestelling book lists also admitted that her relationship with Gorga will "take a lot of time, a lot of hard work" to repair.

Bravo has provided a sneak peek on what to expect for season 5 in the preview video titled You're In Jersey, Toughen Up. Giudice and Melissa appear to be bonding while Laurita seems to be mending fences with her daughter Ashley. But by the end of the clip, there are tears and a violent brawl between both Giudice and Melissa's husbands.
