'Glee' Season 5 Spoilers: Sir Elton John In A Guest Starring Role As Sue Sylvester's Boyfriend? Casting Details
While Fox's Glee isn't set to pickup again until the fall, one of its stars, Matthew Morrison (Mr. Shue), recently spoke about one of the guest stars he'd ideally like to see come aboard for its fifth season.
Morrison informed BANG Showbiz that he would like to see Sir Elton John grace the small screen alongside him on the popular TV series.
"I would love to have Elton John, and I know the part I want for him too. I want him to play Sue Sylvester's boyfriend. Wouldn't that be funny? I think it would be hilarious, I think the two of them would be so funny."
The 34-year-old also admitted that he'd also be stoked to work with infamous actor Harrison Ford.
"I was an Indiana Jones kinda guy. That's how I always remember Harrison Ford," he explained.
For the upcoming season, Glee already has the following celebrities attached to come on board as guest stars:
Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson, Britney Spears, Neil Patrick Harris, Whoopi Goldberg, Sarah Jessica Parker, Ricky Martin, Lindsay Lohan, Meat Loaf, Olivia Newton John, and Katie Couric.
Although no airdate has yet to be set in stone, Season 5 of the TV series is slated to return at some point this upcoming fall.
