'Vampire Diaries' Season 5 Spoilers: Being Alive Comes With A Price To Pay For Jeremy? VIDEO & Details
After a well received Season 4, CW's The Vampire Diaries will make its highly anticipated return in the fall for another exciting installment.
One of the characters that loyalists are surely curious about moving forward is Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen).
According to The Christian Post, executive producer Julie Plec stated that Season 5 won't exactly be going smoothly for McQueen's character.
"Jeremy will not have an easy time of it. His first big hurdle is his cover story for being suddenly alive. So he'll struggle a bit with the return to the normal world," she said.
In other TVD news, actor Ian Somerhalder, who dons the role of Damon, recently made an appearance on the Russian talk show Ivan Urgant, and shared that rather unique experience with fans.
"Just finished Russian talk show Ivan Urgant! So fun talking The Ivana Chubbuck Technique and doing a sexual fantasy exercise with some unsuspecting audience member. Thank you Irina for letting me mentally undress you TV. The show airs on May 29th in Russia. (sic)."
Although no airdate has yet to be announced, Vampire Diaries Season 5 is slated to begin in September. Its spin-off series, The Originals, is set to relaunch at some point in October.
