'Stranger Things' Season 2 Spoilers: Cast Teased Halloween Season Premiere; A New Netflix Series Looks A Lot Like "Stranger Things" [VIDEO]
It will be a few months before viewers and fans of the award-winning sci-fi horror supernatural drama series by Netflix, "Stranger Things" come back on televisions. Many "Stranger Things" season 2 spoilers and updates are already up online, especially few possible answers to the questions left last season.
Since having aired all "Stranger Things" episodes in July last year, viewers have become very eager to wait for the characters to come back in "Stranger Things" season 2. As it can be recalled, the eighth episode of the previous season featured a monster attacking the middle school and started to attack the children when it saw them. Eleven, portrayed by Millie Bobby Brown, pinned the monster on the wall which resulted to both of them vanishing.
Set a month later after what happened on the school on the previous season finale of "Stranger Things" season 1, Noah Schnapp's character, Will Byers, encountered a slug-like creature and had visions of the world as the alternate dimension, Upside Down, which he decided not to tell his parents and his brother.
According to TV Guide, the episodes for "Stranger Things" season 2 is going to be more exciting than those from the previous season. In an interview with actor David Harbour, who portrays the character Jim Hopper, Hawkins Police Department chief officer in the series, it was mentioned that the second season is going to be bigger and exciting.
Additionally, Harbour said that upon reading the script for "Stranger Things" season 2, he had already thought by then that they are going to top the previous season, story-wise, no matter how interesting and incredible the first season was. As per the actor, the production team behind the series reportedly made sure that the upcoming season maintains its intimacy and vibrancy.
Meanwhile, on a report from Gizmodo, another Netflix original series is up for the people to watch aside from the upcoming "Stranger Things" season 2, which have the same genre with "Stranger Things", only scarier. German horror supernatural series, "Dark" has just released its trailer and it has been reported that fans of "Stranger Things" might also be new fans of the new Netflix series to be released a few weeks after it.
"Stranger Things" season 2 is scheduled for a release on October 31, 2017.
