'Walking Dead' Season 4 Spoilers: Norman Reedus Dishes That 'Zombies Are Scary Again' And 'Terrifying,' VIDEO
AMC's The Walking Dead continues to garner a plethora of anticipation for its Season 4 return in the fall.
According to Earsucker, actor Norman Reedus, who dons the role of Daryl Dixon on the zombie series, recently touched on its upcoming installment.
Although Reedus didn't address what's to come with his character, he did touch on the production process, and how it's coming along as a whole.
"The scripts this season are just amazing. The sets are crazy. It feels like we've shot about three movies already. It's super intense, and everything's for a specific reason, and it's great right now," he said.
TWD will be returning to its old roots, building its fourth season storyline around the threat of the walkers. However, Reedus remained relatively mum on the zombie specifics.
"They've introduced a way to make zombies scary again, and they're terrifying. The new threat is just unreal. I can't of course tell you what that is, but it's brilliant writing," he said.
AMC's The Walking Dead will be kicking off its fourth season on Sunday, October 13 at 9/8 p.m. Central. The cast and crew are currently in production in Griffin, Ga.
