Samsung Galaxy Note 8 News and Update: Is The Note 8 Coming With An Exynos Variant?
Samsung fever is upon the world, and in a few weeks, fans can get to see the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the S8 Plus in their full glory. With Samsung's newest marketing efforts for the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge to eclipse the Note 7's callback, it can be assumed that Samsung is holding nothing back for the development of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
According to Samsung Galaxy Note 8 rumors, the phone might come in two variants: one being the Samsung's in-house Exynos 8895 SoC, and the other being Snapdragon 835 SoC. Samsung is widely known for releasing two variants of the same device, one housing is in-house chip and the other being a chip taken from top vendors in the market.
Samsung Galaxy S8 was rumored to be coming with a dual lens camera setup. However, it seems that Samsung has ditched the idea entirely and has instead focused on delivering sharp low-light images. The Exynos 8895 on the Galaxy Note 8 might pave the way for a dual lens setup, or even better, a dual image processing sensor.
Apart from this, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 rumors to be VR capable and might come with a 4K screen. The Galaxy S8 was also rumored to have an on-screen fingerprint sensor, however, the fingerprint sensor appears on the back of the device in some of the leaked photos.
The Note 8 is rumored to come with a storage of 256GB, along with a microSD card slot expansion. The Note 8, apart from the Exynos and the Snapdragon variants, would also come with a massive 6GB of RAM. The camera setup on the Note 8 is going to be dual-lens, just like the LG G6 and one of the lenses might be a wide angle lens.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 rumors suggest that the phone would be IP68 water and dust resistant, and would come with the latest generation of Corning Gorilla glass protection. Samsung's own assistant called Bixby is also rumored to be coming on board the Note 8 and just like its older iteration, the Note 8 would come with an iris scanner.
One exciting feature of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is reportedly the speaker infused S-Pen. The screen size of the Note 8 would also be a bit larger at 6.2 inches and would probably have a bezel-less infinity design.
The phone would be announced after the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus and might come in the month of April, as reported by PhoneArena.
