'Downton Abbey' Season 4 News: Joanne Froggatt Dishes On A Shocking 'Rollercoaster' Season, VIDEO & Details
Fans of the hit British-American TV series, Downton Abbey, are eagerly awaiting its highly anticipated return for Season 4.
Although the popular program is still quite a bit of time away from the start of its fourth installment, that hasn't stopped a majority of them from wanting the info on it now.
To the fortune of the Downton loyalists who aren't opposed to hearing premature details, actress Joanne Froggatt sort recently let the cat out of the bag in terms of its upcoming installment.
While in attendance for the "Woman Of The Year Awards on Tuesday night, Froggatt revealed to GLAMOUR that they'll almost certainly be "quite a few shocks," also giving her word that the storylines would be like a "rollercoaster."
"It's so difficult, because my lips are sealed... It's more than my life is worth. But I can say it's a real rollercoaster again. I think the scripts have really surpassed themselves again this year. I think Julian (Fellowes) has done an amazing job yet again at ringing the changes and bringing in changes yet again... There are quite a few shocks for series four, so, yeah, there's a lot of exciting things to happen," she said.
Downton Abbey, which airs in 219 countries across the world, follows the ups and downs of the royal Crawley family and their staff in the 1920s.
