Altered timelines, multiple universes, and alternate realities are quite common in comic book franchises, but the recently unveiled Doomworld in the hit superhero television series, "Legends of Tomorrow," is quite unique. With the Legion of Doom now in possession of the Spear of Destiny, the band of evil-doers has now altered reality itself to fit their own individual desires.

The Legends had ultimately failed to stop the Legion of Doom from acquiring the spear and as a result, all of their memories were wiped. The heroes were also stripped of their powers and forced to live in humiliation within the new reality.

Eobard Thawne, Malcolm Merlyn, Damien Darhk, and Leonard Snart all live like gods in the new world and they have no intention of going back to how things were. As reported by Screen Rant, Thawne is now considered to be the smartest man in the world and is once again in control of STAR Labs. The reverse flash is even now recognized worldwide as the genius that solved some of the planet's most serious problems.

Malcolm Merlyn, on the other hand, is now the richest man in Star City. Arrow's arch nemesis also got his wish and is reunited with his wife and children, who were all dead in the original universe. The Dark Archer is also shown to be the leader of the League of Assassins as Ra's al-Ghul. Meanwhile, Damien Darhk is now the Mayor of Star City. The former member of the League of Assassins also now has all his powers back.

As reported by Comic Book, within the Doomworld, the majority of the superheroes and other characters aside from the Legends have apparently been eliminated. The fallen heroes include The Flash, Black Canary, Green Arrow, Wild Dog, Spartan, and Ragman. While it might seem quite impossible for the Legends to undo the changes in reality, given that the Spear of Destiny has been destroyed, a miracle may yet happen in the season's upcoming finale episode.

The "Legends of Tomorrow" season 2 finale episode is scheduled to air next week, Tuesday, April 4 at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
