When season 3 of ABC's drama Revenge premieres in the fall, actor Nick Wechsler said viewers can expect to see his character Jack Porter as a new man more inclined to do immortal things than in the past.

Season 2 ended with Jack aiming a gun at Conrad Grayson, wanting to kill him to avenge the death of his brother, Declan Porter, who died following an explosion at Grayson Global. Jack also holds the Grayson family responsible for the death of his wife and mother of his child, Amanda Clarke. At the last minute, however, he does not pull the trigger after listening to Emily Thorne, who moments earlier revealed that she is the real Amanda Clarke.

Talking about what to expect when season 3 airs, Wechsler said amongst everything that happened to his character, Declan's death caused a major shift in Jack.

"I used to say that Jack isn't really capable of doing anything immoral," he told Hollywood Life on Thursday, at the ATX Television Festival's opening night carpet. "He might do things that are illegal, but nothing immoral. I feel like this is a great opportunity for that. I think he's incorruptable, still, and he's still going to be thoroughly good - except when it comes to the Graysons."

On top of the drama Jack is experiencing with the Graysons, there is still a chance he will make time to rekindle a romance with Emily. Wechsler said about their future, "You've got to pull for them."

"Fans who aren't pulling for them ... I hope they're not making big bets," he added. "But I don't know how soon that'll happen."

Wechsler said in an earlier interview that Jack will have a hard time trusting Emily in season 3, now that he knows she has been lying for a while about her true identity. He added that Emily has to earn Jack's trust back, but that they might ultimately bond over their common enemy: the Grayson family.
