'RHOA' Season 10 Cast: Eva Marcille Joins Show After NeNe Leakes' Return [VIDEO]
Eva Marcille is reportedly filming for the upcoming 10th season of Bravo TV's The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Following the news of NeNe Leakes' return to the series, a report has confirmed that Marcille recently filmed for the new season at Leakes' home.
On Wednesday, Page Six spoke of Marcille's potential role on the upcoming season of the show and revealed that Marcille's scenes with Leakes were shot over the weekend.
The outlet also noted that the 32-year-old model turned actress is currently dating former federal prosecutor Michael T. Sterling, who is hoping to become the mayor of Atlanta.
Leakes' return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta was first confirmed on June 14.
"It's been a long process but we've finally reached an agreement! All Hail the Queen for season 10 of #RHOA @bravotv #thethreatisback," Leakes announced on Instagram.
The following day, Leakes thanked fans for their support.
"Chile you know I LIVE for a shady moment but I really wanna take this time to thank everybody that showed me so much love yesterday!" she said. "The text messages, emails, phone calls and comments were like WOW! Thanks to my team who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to makes this happen! Thanks to Bravo and True Entertainment! Love you all."
TMZ was first to report on news of Marcille's potential addition to The Real Housewives of Atlanta and did so earlier this week.
At the time, the outlet suggested that Marcille could be replacing Porsha Williams or Cynthia Bailey in the future.
Apparently, Williams and Bailey's storylines are drying up and producers are ready to move on with new talent.
