Vicki Gunvalson was hospitalized during the 12th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County -- just as she was during season 11.

Following her season 11 incident, which involved a flipped ATV, Gunvalson was rushed to the hospital while enjoying what was supposed to be a fun girls trip to Iceland.

“Vicki goes to the hospital and she doesn’t want to go but 911 was called and they don’t mess around with that,” Gunvalson's co-star, Lydia McLaughlin, revealed to Radar Online on Wednesday.

“It is crazy... People are crying. We don’t know what happened. Is she going to get admitted? We spend the whole night — I end up accompanying her to the hospital,” McLaughlin continued. “I don’t know if you’ve ever been to an Icelandic hospital, the ER in the middle of the night, but it is not something you want to do. So it wasn’t the greatest experience of my life.”

Luckily, despite a scary incident that was not detailed, Gunvalson ended up being alright.

“Vicki is walking and she’s talking so we know that it’s a happy ending to the story,” McLaughlin added. “Vicki always kids that for her to leave the show you’ll have to kill her off!”

As fans will recall, Gunvalson has been appearing on The Real Housewives of Orange County since the show began and is the longest-running housewife of the entire franchise.
