'The Bachelorette' 2013 Desiree Hartsock Spoilers: Does Brad Have a Violent Past?
On Monday's episode of The Bachelorette, Bradley McKinzie came clean with Desiree Hartsock about some problems in his past but recent reports claim he didn't reveal quite enough.
In the episode, Brad tells Desiree that he has a three-year-old son named Maddox. He further reveals that he is raising him on his own due to a rocky relationship with the child's mother. The hopeful suitor then quickly attempts to breeze by the fact that he was once arrested for a domestic violence incident.
According to Brad, Maddox's mother had a bit of a drinking problem and during what sounds like an attempt to stop her from drinking and driving he wound up getting arrested.
However, Radar claims that the National Enquirer has dredged up a bit more information about the arrest.
The site states that a neighbor called police when an incident between Brad and former girlfriend Brittnee Nelson began to escalate. Nelson reportedly locked herself in the bedroom but was later allegedly punched in the face by Brad after he managed to get in.
However, it is currently unknown if Brad served any jail time for the incident.
Fans will have to wait and see if Desiree decides to question him further about the incident. If not, viewers will be forced to wonder if any alleged bad behavior by the competitor is really only in the past.
