In a sneak peak of The Real Housewives of Orange County, fans will witness an everyday reality for military troops and their families, when Ryan prepares for deployment.

Last year Vicki's daughter, Briana, stirred up some family drama when she eloped with Ryan. Now, Briana and Ryan are married with a baby son, but their marriage could possibly be on the rocks, as Ryan is forced to go on another tour of duty in Afganistan.

"How many times do you have to keep doing this?" Vicki asked Ryan in the below video. "So this will be the fifth tour? I thought we were leaving Afghanistan."

Ryan will be deployed with the same unit he was with last year, Briana also noted. Vicki asked Ryan if his entire crew returned home safe, and "No, we had a lot of casualties," was his reply.

Vicki expressed displeasure with Ryan's response and then explained to viewers that she understood why Briana and Ryan decided to elope. Her reasoning was that the couple was on an emotional high after Ryan returned safely from war and Briana had successful surgery-they were in love and decided not to wait any longer to get married.

Vicki became emotional and expresses her sadness to see her son-in-law leave his family but also her love for him, saying her hopes and prayers are for his safety while he's in Afghanistan.

"My hopes and prayers for him that he stays safe, I love him," she said.

Briana is left in the driveway with baby Troy as she says her final goodbye to her husband. Ryan kisses both Briana and his son before he gets in the car.

"There goes my whole life in a truck," Briana said. "It's so hard to see that go. I just want to him to be safe. I just want him to come home, see his son grow up. I just want him home with me."
