'The Bachelorette' Desiree Hartsock Dishes on Hobbies and Dreams
While the men competing for the heart of The Bachelorette's Desiree Hartsock are still working to uncover her secrets, Hartsock gave fans a little extra insight.
Hartsock dished to Us Weekly on everything from her hobbies to her future plans.
The 27-year-old professes to be a die-hard bookworm. While viewers have seen Hartsock sketching and writing every now and then in a journal, she admits that she wants to write a book someday.
The bridal designer also has a love of the outdoors. Born in Wyoming, Hartsock hopes to eventualy backpack through Europe. In the meantime, the Bachelorette spends her time a little closer to home while hiking, sitting on the beach, and roller-skating. Not owning a television could be a major contributor to Hartsocks healthy dose of the great outdoors while her long hours outside require a daily application of sunscreen.
Hartsock's recent group and one-on-one date activities show he sense for adventure. From bandalooping several stories above the ground to taking on the Wild West with the help of the Lone Ranger stunt crew, Hartsock is an active and adventurous catch.
However, Hartsock lists a few downsides as well, claiming she can't sing, is hopelessly clumsy, and is quite allergic to bee stings. Of course, these tiny flaws are something that men will defiantly not see as a problem when compared to the impressive list of pros Hartsock has going for her.
