Top Chef Season 4 contestant Spike Mendelsohn has a lot cooking right now. Since his Bravo TV debut, the restaurateur/chef of Good Stuff Eatery has starred in two Bravo spin-offs (Top Chef All Stars and Life After Top Chef) and will be opening a steak frites restaurant, Bearnaise, this week in Washington, D.C.

Despite juggling a full plate, the chef turned reality star admits he'd clear up his busy schedule to cook for one famous "Bravo-lebrity": Andy Cohen.

Mendelsohn didn't hesitate to name the Watch What Happens Live host, joking that the menu probably wouldn't consist of the standard restaurant fare.

"I could go a lot of ways -- but I'm pretty sure Andy would just want me on the menu. He'd like three courses of the Spike Mendelsohn," he joked to EnStars at the Mike's Spiked 4th of July BBQ event in New York on June 14.

All kidding aside, Mendelsohn is focusing on his business endeavors and hoping to step away from reality TV for good.

"I think I'm done with Top Chef spinoffs. I think if you ever see me again, it'll be if they do a Top Chef: Seniors. We'll be reliving our glory days and bumping into each other with our walkers," he jested.

Up next, he's teaming up with Mike's Hard Lemonade to create unconventional and delicious 4th of July recipes inspired by Mike's products. The menu includes Mike's classic margarita Oyster Shooters, Mike's Anything Goes Grilled Catfish Tacos and Mike's hard Smashed Apple BBQ Ribs and Apple Slaw.[Get Top Chef Spike Mendelsohn's "Spiked 4th of July" Recipes.]

In addition to the tasty Fourth of July treats, the collaboration will give fans a chance to win a barbecue with Mendelsohn and 11 friends this summer. It begins June 19, 2013 and runs through Aug. 20, 2013. To participate in the promotion, entrants must enter a code located inside specially marked can or bottle packages of Mike's Hard Lemonade for a five or six digit alphanumeric code at www.mikescodes.com.
