Comic-Con regulars, Supernatural, will return to San Diego this summer.

The hit CW show will join a packed slate of WBTV-produced shows at the 44th annual convention. As an immensely popular panel, Supernatural will once again be held in the gigantic Hall H, according to IGN.

Scheduled for the final day of the convention, July 21, the sci-fi show will present a lineup of their most active cast members. Actors Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester), Jensen Ackles (Dean Winchester), Misha Collins (Castiel), and Mark A. Sheppard (Crowley) will be joined on the stage by executive producers Jeremy Carver and Robert Singer.

"Guess I'm announced for ComiCon!" Sheppard tweeted Friday afternoon.

Heading into its ninth season, Supernatural closed out season 8 with a series of game changing cliffhangers that left an enormous amount of material for season 9 writers to work with. The series' appearance in San Diego will be the first real chance fans will have to attempt to suss out as many spoilers as possible.

Filming for season 9 is expected to start sometime in July, according to a tweet by producer Jim Michaels. However, the cast has already received the first few scripts to review,

"Just got the first few scripts of season 9. It's a LOT to read, so, who wants to help me read them?" Padalecki tweeted on Friday night.

By the time July 21 rolls around the cast will have had time to work out the details for the upcoming season, but they will also have come up with a million clever ways to not give away any good secrets.
