AMC's hit zombie TV series, The Walking Dead, continues to garner speculation over the potential limb loss in Season 4 of one of its main characters, Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln).

Last week, rumors had infiltrated the web by way of set photos that the prison group leader may lose his right hand just like the character did in the WD comic book series. Rick had been shown in the still shots with a bandaged right hand.

However, brand new pics seem to clarify the initial chatter that had fans worried for one their favorite characters, as closer shots reveal that some of Rick's fingers still present.

Fans of the comics are well aware that he had lost his hand in his first showdown with the Governor, but on that same token, comic book creator/executive producer Robert Kirkman has been adamant about regretting doing it.

To top it off, such an injury would be difficult to shoot throughout the rest of the TV series' existence.
