More news has come out on the upcoming sixth season of FX's hit biker TV series, Sons of Anarchy.

Sons creator Kurt Sutter, who is known for his sporadic and creative rants, recently spoke to Deadline about what lays ahead for the character of Jax (Charlie Hunnam), and how he will push forward in the wake of his best friend Opie's (Ryan Hurst) recent death.

"One of the driving forces for what Jax will do, and his desire to stay plugged into the club and take the right hand, is that he feels the burden and the guilt of Opie's death and is not going to let that be in vain," Sutter said.

"It will be Opie saying, 'You need to finish this ride.' That will motivate him to do certain things so that A, Opie's death isn't in vain, and B, we feel Opie's presence throughout Season Six," he added.

Sons of Anarchy will be premiering its sixth season on Wednesday, Sept. 11 at 10/9 p.m. Central on the FX network.
