'Walking Dead' Season 4 Spoilers: Bandana Covered Daryl On Zombie Corpse Cleanup? NEW PHOTO & Video
Fans of AMC's hit zombie series The Walking Dead will be thrilled to know that another photo for the upcoming season has now surfaced.
The brand new image features Daryl (Norman Reedus) with a black bandana covering most of his face just below his eyes. The surviving Dixon brother is also sporting his usual black leather vest.
Although the respective picture doesn't give away too much on the upcoming season, many fans will surely take some guesses at it.
Since it had been revealed that the show would be returning back to its walker roots, it's very feasible that Daryl is covering his nose from the overbearing smell of zombie corpses. With the walkers once again becoming a major threat, it surely seems like a strong possibility.
Interesting enough, executive producer Robert Kirkman previously touched on the topic of zombies, mentioning to TVLine in 2012 that the creative brass wouldn't be delving too much into their origin.
"I don't find that to be interesting at all. In zombie fiction, you see the outbreak, you see the first days and the craziness. In zombie fiction, you see the outbreak, you see the first days and the craziness in almost every other story told in this realm. I'm very proud of the fact that, for the most part, The Walking Dead has skipped over that part," he said.
AMC's The Walking Dead will be kicking off its new season on Sunday, October 13 at 9/8 p.m. Central. Be sure to keep checking back for more of the latest details on the hit zombie series. Check out some recent behind-the-scenes footage of Season 4 below!
