'Pretty Little Liars' Season 4 News & Spoilers: Lucy Hale Denies Quitting Rumors While Gregg Sulkin May Return as Wesley [VIDEO]
Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale addressed rumors that she was quitting the show on Twitter Wednesday.
"For the magazine claiming I am quitting Pretty Little liars...that is absolutely false. I love the show and everyone involved.," Hale tweeted.
The rumors began when a story from Star magazine claimed she was jealous that co-star Shay Mitchell was getting more attention than her and threatened to quit the show entirely. The story also claimed that Hale was causing conflict onset.
In more legitimate Pretty Little Liars news, Wesley Fitz (Gregg Sulkin) may be returning to the show in the future, according to a Thursday report by TVLine, though it will not be in the current season. Wesley was last seen in season 3 kissing Aria (Hale) before mutually agreeing that they should not have done so.
As for the show's other characters, the relationship between Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Toby (Keegan Allen), known by fans as "Spoby," will allegedly be going strong as season 4 moves forward, according to Pretty Little Liars writer Joseph Dougherty.
Responding to a fan's question on Twitter, Doughtery tweeted "Spoby Strong" when asked if he could give out some information about the couple. This doesn't reveal much, but it implies that the couple will not experience any real conflict as season 4 unfolds.
Looking ahead, Pretty Little Liars' July 30 episode, titled The Guilty Girl's Handbook, will feature actress Rumer Willis and new photos were posted this week featuring her scenes. Willis, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, will be playing a character named Zoe in the episode, a charity organizer who had worked with Emily (Mitchell) before.

The next episode of Pretty Little Liars will be airing on Tuesday, July 16 at 8 p.m. on ABC Family.
