America's Got Talent reached the live show portion of the season, which will broadcast from Radio City Music Hall in New York City, with 60 acts competing to become this season's winner.

Here's a preview of 12 acts that will be performing Tuesday night:

Aaralyn & Izzy:

This heavy metal child duo was a controversial pick by the judges. The act became the most viewed of the season on YouTube, presumably for the novelty of 11-year-old Aaralyn's "scream-o" singing style.

Alexanderia the Great:

An escape artist, this act stunned the judges in her audition with her ability to unchain herself while holding her breath underwater. Since she did not perform on the stage for her audition, she will have to accommodate for the Radio City Music Hall stage.

American Hitmen:

A classic rock band, this group of former military men rocked the stage at their audition and in Vegas. Bands have not traditionally done well on America's Got Talent, but judge Howard Stern said that this one could make it pretty far into the competition.

Anna Christine:

Singing House of the Rising Sun, this child singer/pianist quickly became a favorite in her audition. Judge Howie Mandel said during her audition that she "delivered what looked like 30 years of experience."

Branden James:

This opera singer touched the judges in his audition with his passionate performance of Nessun Dorma. Judge Heidi Klum said that she had "goose-pimples" during his performance.

Collins Key:

This magician was placed in the standby acts section at Vegas but proved himself with a magic trick that astonished the judges. His performances have been close up thus far, so he too will have to accommodate for the Radio City Music Hall stage.

Fresh Faces:

One of many child dance acts sent through to the live shows, Fresh Faces charmed the judges and the audience with their expressive performances in the audition and Vegas rounds.

Hype:

This dancing trio entertained the crowd in their audition with their energetic breakdancing. The judges were astonished when the trio told them that they had only practiced their act 24 hours before performing.

Kevin Downey, Jr.:

An older standup comedian, this act's eccentric audition made the judges laugh enough to send him through to Vegas. Though he was not featured as much as other acts, he should stand out Tuesday as the only comedian in the group.

KriStef Brothers:

This hand-balancing duo was placed in the standby group in Vegas but they excelled against their acrobatic competitors through their use of comedy in the performance.

Special Head:

The most hyped performance of the first audition episode, this act became one of the most popular acts on YouTube with his levitation skills. Though the judges weren't as impressed in Vegas, he was still sent through to the live rounds.

Tellavision:

This unique act performed an interpretive dance while carrying television screens that told a story. Their uniqueness could put them through to the semifinals.

Only four acts will advance to the semifinals: the three acts who get the most votes by America and one judges' choice.

America's Got Talent will air the live show Tuesday at 8 p.m. on NBC.
