Episode 12 of Big Brother 15 aired Wednesday night, featuring the aftermath of Judd nominating Aaryn and Kaitlin for eviction.

Head of Household: Judd Daugherty

Nominees: Aaryn Gries & Kaitlin Barnaby

Other houseguests: Amanda Zuckerman, Andy Herren, Candice Stewart, Elissa Slater, GinaMarie Zimmerman, Helen Kim, Howard Overby, Jessie Kowalski, McCrae Olson and Spencer Clawson.

The episode began with Aaryn and Kaitlin getting nominated for eviction. Judd assured Aaryn not to worry and told her that she was just a pawn and if they won the Veto competition they would take her off the block and "backdoor" the real target. Meanwhile, Elissa expressed her concern to Amanda and Judd about not winning MVP this week. Amanda went to McCrae and they had a discussion about Elissa becoming irritating.

Howard and Spencer formed a new alliance between them: Judd, GinaMarie and Kaitlin. The group decided to pick Amanda, Elissa, Helen and McCrae as their primary targets going forward.

The houseguests gathered in the living room to see which of them was nominated by the MVP. They did not know that America was the MVP despite a few houseguests correctly speculating about the twist.

Elissa wound up being the third nominee, which she was visibly shocked by. Many of the houseguests expressed their own surprise at Elissa getting nominated. The houseguests then picked players to compete in the Veto competition. Judd, Aaryn, Elissa and Kaitlin were automatically selected to compete in the competition and Helen and McCrae were randomly selected as well.

Elissa confronted GinaMarie saying that she was the one who nominated Elissa. GinaMarie swore on the Bible that she did not put her up. Meanwhile, Aaryn, Amanda and McCrae speculated that Elissa might have nominated herself. GinaMarie, Judd and Kaitlin had a discussion and came to the same conclusion.

The Veto competition involved the six competing houseguests dragging themselves through mud to find envelopes with numbers on them. Whoever had the highest number count by the end of the competition would win the Power of Veto. Some of the envelopes also had rewards or punishments written in them.

McCrae got a reward of $5,000 while Helen got a punishment of an 8 p.m. curfew and Judd got a punishment of 24-hour solitary confinement. Elissa wound up winning the Veto competition by having the highest number, but also got a punishment of not being able to participate in next week's Veto competition.

Candice, Howard and Spencer convinced Amanda to give McCrae a birthday celebration. Amanda dressed up in a black, one-piece swimsuit and acted as a dominatrix. Elissa made snide comments about Amanda's outfit the entire time, which caused Amanda to leave the room in tears. Amanda explained in the Diary Room that she felt betrayed by Elissa after she spent so many weeks trying to protect her.

At the Veto ceremony, Elissa took herself off the block. The houseguests watched the screen to see whom America nominated in her place. GinaMarie wound up being the replacement nominee.

One of Aaryn, GinaMarie or Kaitlin will be evicted live on Thursday night's episode. The episode will air at 9 p.m. on CBS.
