Production for season 3 of Revenge is heavily underway and the premiere episode may feature a newcomer to the cast horseback riding.

Actor Gabriel Mann, who plays Nolan Ross, tweeted Wednesday that filming for the premiere episode Fear is complete. The Sept. 29 episode will guest star Diogo Morgado (History Channel's The Bible) to play a distinguished and handsome doctor by the name of Dr. Jorge Velez, TV Line reported earlier in the month. Also starring in the premiere is Justin Hartley, who will play Victoria Grayson's long-lost son named Patrick Harper. He will have a reoccurring role throughout the season.

Hartley posted a Twitter photo on July 17 showing him filming a scene for Revenge, though it was not confirmed of it was for the premiere episode. In the black and white picture, Hartley is horseback riding and he captioned the shot, "Here's a shot of me out of control today on #Revenge."

Actress Christa Allen (Charlotte Grayson) also shared an on-set picture on Instagram earlier in the month with the production crew in the stables. She captioned the image, "#revenge happening in the stables. that horse keeps jumping in front of madeleine during takes.#screenhog."

Season 3 of Revenge will begin with a five-month time jump, meaning Charlotte will be 6-7 months pregnant with Declan Porter's baby. The premiere will also have Emily and Daniel start off in Paris. Daniel discussed in season 2 his hopes of moving away with Emily, far from the Grayson family drama. While they are in Paris, Victoria will be at home in the Hamptons spending time with Patrick, whom she was reunited with in the season 2 finale.

Among the guest stars in the new season is former Pan Am actress Karine Vanasse, who will play a businesswoman and former acquaintance of the Daniel Grayson's. She will be in town to start a magazine and will star in multiple episodes, according to TV Line.
