Reality TV Star Beth Chapman is facing imminent arrest after calling a teenage girl offensive names.

TMZ reported on July 25 that Beth and her husband Duane Lee "Dog" Chapman, from the show Dog the Bounty Hunter, were reportedly fishing by a Colorado lake earlier this month when a car sped by, leaving the couple angry. Beth allegedly berated the passenger of the car, calling her a tramp, a whore and a slut.

Beth called 911 when the situation got heated and she claimed one of the people in the car was carrying a gun with his hand on the grip.

Apparently by the time police arrived the Chapman clan left, but the teen girl filed a criminal harassment complaint against Beth. TMZ reported that Colorado law states it's a crime if someone taunts, challenges or uses "coarse language" against someone.

Police issued a summons for Beth to appear in court for a misdemeanor harassment charge. Law enforcement reportedly told the publication that they called her several times to come pick up the summons, but she never did. A warrant was then issued. TMZ also wrote that the police said Beth's lawyers contacted them and arranged for her to turn herself in and pick up the summons.

Radar Online reported on July 25 that Beth told them the situation went down a lot differently than the teen said and that Beth was nearly run down by the car.

"It's outrageous that police resources would be wasted on such a ridiculous incident," Beth said. "This guy came over to me while I was out of my car and started saying, 'We're big fans and we want autographs and photos. I wanted him to get away because as he was talking to me he had one hand on his firearm."

Beth said her and Dog decided to leave after calling the cops because they didn't want their family around a stranger with a gun.

"The passenger emerged from the vehicle - she was young and dressed inappropriately, drinking beer ... and obviously out for a good time. I told her and the driver, "You need to slow down or I will call the cops,'" Beth said. "She was rude and I was harsh, and that's the extent of it."
