The official trailer for Bridgerton season two has been released, and we didn't know it was even possible to become MORE obsessed!

Bridgerton is the smash-hit regency era romance Netflix series. This show, based off of the book series by Julia Quinn follows the various romantic stories of the Bridgerton siblings through their quest to find life partners in Regency Era society. Released in December of 2020, the show was an instantenous phenom. It has reignigted a love for the early 19th century time period (as can be seen on new dating shows such as The Courtship!)

In season one, the show focused on the relationship between Daphne Bridgerton, played by Phoebe Dynevor, and the Duke of Hastings, Simon Bassett, who was played by Rege-Jean Page. Season two, however, focuses its attentions on the eldest Bridgerton sibling, Anthony. Anthony Bridgerton, who is played by Jonathan Bailey is the Viscount of the house and, therefore, his love story follows a different branch of Regency Era ettiqute. In the trailer's first moments we hear the mother of the Bridgerton children loudly declare that, "this is the season that the Viscount intends to find a wife."

Based on the trailer, and what we know from previous trailers, the other focus of the season is on the Sharma sisters, Kate and Edwina. Kate Sharma will be played by Simone Ashley and Edwina Sharma by Charithra Chandran. The ferocity seen in the trailer between Kate and Anthony has us on the edge of our seats, hoping that this intriguing new season comes out early!

A teaser trailer for the highly-anticipated series was released on Valentine's Day which, for those who hold this show near and dear to their hearts, know that timing is incredibly fitting. Now, however, with a little under a month to go until the release of the new season, the full trailer has been released.

The second season of Bridgerton will be released on March 25th on Netflix.
