The official trailer for the new Disney+ series Parallels is here!
Parallels chronicles the story of a friend group who, due to a wild and unforseen circumstance, find themselves seperated from each other - not only in different locations, but different timelines. This core friend group must then do everything in their power to fight their way back to their original timeline.
The trailer was released today, and shows the instantneous and gripping chaos that this event sparks. It also suggests that there may be more than one supernatural occurance going on during the course of this series.
Parallels started as a French Disney+ original series. Now, it is making the move over to the United States - and based on the trailer and its popularity, Parallels is sure to be the next big thing in the teen-group-fighting-to-save-the-world genre. It gives off major vibes of being a modern-day Stranger Things.
It is nice to know that as Stranger Things gets ready to close out with its fifth and final season, Parallels is just beginning.
The series stars an up-and-coming cast of talented actors. Main players in the new series include Gillaume Labbé, Nadira Ayadi, Timoté Rigault, Gil Alma, Elise Diament, Thomas Chome, Maxime Bergeron, Agnés Miguras, Dimitri Storoge, Victoria Eber, Jules Houplain, Omar Mebrouk, and Jade Pedri.
This supernaturally complelling series was written by Quoc Dang Tran and Anastasia Heinzl. We cannot wait to see where this adventure takes us.
