And who's this? Calam Lynch looked fabulous in this cobalt blue suit, especially paired with that adorable smile - he'll apparently play Theo Sharpe, "a hardworking printer's assistant."David M. Benett/Dave Benett/WireImage
Who's this? Could it be the new Lord Featherington? That's what the cast list says, anyway. Hey, Rupert Young is pretty...well...young...we wonder if he'll be in want of a wife when he arrives.David M. Benett/Dave Benett/WireImage
Sister, sister! Bessie Carter, who plays Prudence Featherington, looked VERY different from her character with her natural curls and her sleek, gorgeous blue wrap gown.David M. Benett/Dave Benett/WireImage
We almost didn't recognize her! Phillippa Featherington - Harriet Cains - looks very different with her hair down. That bright pink dress, though, is a familiar look for her - we doubt they could ever get that shade of pink in the Regency era.David M. Benett/Dave Benett/WireImage
Jessica Madsen rocked a very Cressida Cowper hairdo - and a decidedly un-Cressida leopard print pantsuit - to the premiere, and we must say, she's even more gorgeous when she's not playing The Literal Worst Person.David M. Benett/Dave Benett/WireImage
He's back! Martins Imhangbe looks like he'll be returning as Mondrich for this second season of Bridgerton - despite his friend Simon's absence. We're sure glad he will be - and that he went with such a fun cut for his suit for the evening.David M. Benett/Dave Benett/WireImage
This season's two stars, Simone Ashley and Jonathan Bailey, grabbed a fun selfie on the Red Carpet with their showrunner and screenwriter, Chris Van Dusen.David M. Benett/Dave Benett/WireImage
We needed another look at Charithra Chandran's gorgeous dress to really get the full effect - those sleeves and that train are well worth the second glance. So dramatic! So fun!David M. Benett/Dave Benett/WireImage
Wow! Even Lorraine Ashbourne and Andy Serkis - AKA 'Batman's' new Albert - stopped by to see the premiere. (We can't blame them for not being able to wait!)David M. Benett/Dave Benett/WireImage
And Hyacinth's brother, Gregory - Will Tilston - wasn't far behind her in the lineup - and they even sort of matched! Tilston also went with a classic, all-black look.David M. Benett/Dave Benett/WireImage
We didn't realize how grown-up Hyacinth had gotten! Florence hunt looks lovely and classic here in this simple black dress with matching purse and pumps.David M. Benett/Dave Benett/WireImage
We may not get to see Colin Bridgerton find true love this season, but he (Luke Newton) and his date Jade Louise Davies can at least help us picture what it might look like when he does - season 3 or 4, anyone?David M. Benett/Dave Benett/WireImage
The Queen and one of the many young ladies who will contend for the part of the Diamond this season - Charithra Chandran and Golda Rosheuvel pose together as Queen Charlotte and Edwina Sharma.David M. Benett/Dave Benett/WireImage
Kathryn Drysdale looked truly radiant in this emerald green gown - a sense of style truly befitting a modiste.David M. Benett/Dave Benett/WireImage
Season 2's star, Jonathan Bailey - AKA Anthony Bridgerton - looked charming as ever as he arrived at the Netflix series' red carpet premiere.Jeff Spicer/Getty Images
Shonda Rhimes and her producing partner Betsy Beers were among the first to arrive, and both looked fabulous in very different ways; Shonda in her elegant red rose ballgown and Betsy in her sleek blue suit.Jeff Spicer/Getty Images

Red Carpet premieres are always fun - getting to see celebrities and the stars of your favorite shows or movies all chilling together in the coolest or prettiest looks they can come up with - but it might be even more fun when it's period pieces like Bridgerton.
We're used to seeing the cast of Bridgerton dressed up - but not like this. We're used to frocks and petticoats and cloaks and top hats - but at last night's red carpet premiere of Bridgerton's second season, they were dressed to the 2022 nines.
Check out the fun choices - and see if you recognize your favorite characters out of costume! (Lady Featherington took us a minute.)
