'Tomorrow People' Spoilers: 'Veronica Mars' Alum Jason Dohring to Guest Star on New CW Show VIDEO
The CW's latest sci-fi endeavor will be getting a visit from Veronica Mars alum Jason Dohring.
Slated to appear in the inaugural season of The Tomorrow People, Dohring will once again reunite with former Veronica Mars writer Phil Klemmer in order to portray Killian McCrane, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Former member of the ruthless paranormal elimination agency dubbed Ultra, McCrane previously vanished from the organization and is now back in search or revenge. Similarly to John (Luke Mitchell), Entertainment Weekly reports that McCrane possesses the same abilities as The Tomorrow People but chose to work for Ultra instead of joining the underground society. Dohring will make his appearance in episode 4.
Created by Klemmer, the new show draws inspiration form a British '70s program. The series plot focuses on The Tomorrow People - an advanced race of humans imbued with the powers of teleportation and telekinesis - and their fight against the Ultra. Stephen Jameson (Robbie Amell), a seemingly normal teenager, suddenly finds himself teleporting in his sleep and hearing voices in his head. Soon after this discovery, he is picked up by John, Cara (Peyton List) and Russell (Aaron Yoo) of The Tomorrow People and taken to their abandoned subway station lair.
Hounded by Dr. Jedikiah Price (Mark Pellegrino) and the Ultra, Stephen must choose between the humans and the super-humans while digging into the disappearance of his father.
The Tomorrow People premieres on the CW on Oct. 9. Check out the season promo below.
