Supernatural is gearing up for its ninth season and filming is providing fans with quite of few behind the scenes photos.

Now in the midst of filming episode 3, possibly with a titled based on the Allman Brothers song I'm No Angel, the Vancouver based cast and crew have been with providing followers with a few peeks behind the curtain.

While those images can be viewed in the slideshow above, there are several other great shots of Castiel (Misha Collins) that can't go without mention.

A picture posted by Canadagraphs on Wednesday shows a very different Castiel than the one fans are used too. The newly human angel is no longer sporting his signature trench coat and suit. Instead he looks to have taken a lesson from the Winchester brother's guide to fashion, donning layered jackets and a pair of cargo pants.

Perhaps his trench coat was ruined as Castiel learned to manage the trivial human task of laundry. Images from Spoiler TV show Castiel entering a laundromat in either episode 1 ("I Think I'm Gonna Like It Here") or episode 3, based on filming dates. Separate your whites and colors, Cas.

The images from the cast and crew focus mostly on episode 2, "Devil May Care," which was directed by Guy Norman Bee. According to Bee, someone, presumably Abaddon (Alaina Huffman), will kidnap several hunters in an effort to locate the King of Hell. It appears it will be up to Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) to save the day.

Supernatural returns to the CW on Oct. 8.
