Dr. Miranda Bailey tries to get her act back together as a top notch surgeon in season 10 of Grey's Anatomy but cannot leave behind the guilt she feels having two of her patients die from an infection, actress Chandra Wilson revealed.

Bailey pulled herself away from operating on patients after she felt responsible for the death of two of her own from staph infection, though the Center of Disease Control proved that the fault was not on her but rather the surgical gloves she used. Wilson, who plays the GA character, said Bailey "came back into her own" by saving Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) in the season 9 finale, but will not be successful keeping it together throughout the new season.
