WIth its overwhelming popularity comes a lack of secrecy in terms of the storylines for BBC's hit TV series, Sherlock.

According to Radio Times, the respective program has gone to unprecedented lengths to try to keep its anonymity intact, as director Jeremy Lovering recently came clean with quite the unorthodox method, which includes keeping fans guess ing via shooting bogus scenes.

"We did a few false shots. There will be things that people saw that have nothing to do with it. That's the way we handled it," he said.

While in attendance to preview his new movie In Fear, the director chatted it up with Flicks and the City, and gave praise to Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock) and Martin Freeman (Watson).

"I love them, absolutely love them. They're genius. Martin - his comic timing is second to none. Benedict is very fun and brilliant and there were moments when I genuinely felt massively inspired. I felt very lucky to be working with them."
