'Walking Dead' Season 4 Spoilers: David Morrissey's Attachment To 'Line of Sight' Indicates Governor's Death?
The Walking Dead actor David Morrissey, who plays the villianeous Governor on the program, will reportedly be pulling double duty, as he's been signed on to play the lead in another AMC series, Line of Sight.
According to Variety, the network has ordered the pilot episode of the new show and it will be airing in April. Created by Blake Masters, it revolves around Lewis Brent (Morrissey), an investigator on the National Transportation Safety Board that survives a plane crash.
"We are huge fans of David Morrissey and are glad he'll be doing double duty for AMC viewers through his work on The Walking Dead and our pilot for Line of Sight, both of which are produced in Atlanta," he said.
Interestingly enough, Rush Hour's Kai Lennox has also been attached to the upcoming TV series.
The latest news on Morrissey will more than certainly spark rumors of the Governor's future on TWD, as the probability of the former Woodbury leader being killed off has clearly increased substantially.
AMC's The Walking Dead will be kicking off its fourth season on Sunday, October 13 at 9/8 p.m. Central. Be sure to keep checking back for more of the latest info on the popular program. An airdate for Line of Sight has yet to be determined.
