'Big Brother 15' Episode 28 Recap: Aaryn Gets Evicted & Julie Chen Confronts Her About Racism [VIDEO & Details]
Big Brother 15 aired its 28th episode Thursday night, featuring the live eviction and the Head of Household competition.
Head of Household: Elissa Slater
Nominees: Aaryn Gries & Andy Herren
Other house guests: Amanda Zuckerman, GinaMarie Zimmerman, Judd Daugherty, McCrae Olson and Spencer Clawson.
The episode began in the aftermath of Elissa nominating Andy for eviction alongside Aaryn. Amanda continued to torment Elissa after the ceremony, attacking her on a personal level. Amanda got angry at everyone who was being nice to Eilssa, yelling at them for not bullying her alongside Amanda.
Andy, GinaMarie, Judd and Spencer got together and decided to formulate a new alliance after Amanda's appalling behavior. The group called themselves "The Exterminators" and agreed to keep each other safe going forward.
GinaMarie assured Aaryn that she wouldn't vote her out on Thursday, so Aaryn tried to campaign to Judd and Spencer to assure her safety. Both Judd and Spencer said that they would think about keeping her, but did not promise anything.
The house guests then participated in the live eviction. Amanda, GinaMarie, Judd, McCrae and Spencer all voted to evict Aaryn, officially eliminating her from Big Brother 15. She became the fourth jury member of the season.
Host Julie Chen interviewed Aaryn after she was evicted. Chen confronted her about all the racist comments she made in the house, to which Aaryn responded that she never meant to be seen as racist. Chen assured her that after all was said and done, she hoped that Aaryn learned something from her experience.
Next, the house guests participated in the next Head of Household competition. They were required to pull eggs through a puzzle; whoever was able to get 12 eggs out of their puzzle would win HOH. The episode ended without anyone winning yet. Click here to see who won HOH later that night.
The next episode of Big Brother 15 will air Sunday at 8 p.m. on CBS, featuring the Head of Household's nomination for eviction.
