'White Collar' Season 5 Spoilers: Emmy Winner Guest Starring as Fossil Thief & New TRAILER Released
A recent Emmy winner will be guest starring on an episode of White Collar in its upcoming season.
Zjelko Ivanek, who won an Emmy for Damages in 2008, will be guest starring on White Collar in season 5, episode 8, according to a Friday report by TVLine. Ivanek will play Brett Forsythe, a ruthless businessman who enjoys "hostile corporate takeover" and is a collector of valuable artifacts. The FBI tracks Forsythe after he steals the fossil and egg of a Tyrannosaurus Rex worth millions of dollars.
Another guest star in this episode is Rebecca Hazlewood (Outsourced) as Dr. Reva Khatri, a curator at the robbed natural history museum. She is a paleontologist who finds great value in dinosaur fossils and wishes to share them with the world.
In other White Collar news, USA released a new promo this week previewing the first few episodes of season 5. The trailer features Neal (Matt Bomer) trying to protect Peter (Tim McKay), who was framed for murder in the season 4 finale. Neal enlists in the help of Curtis Hagen (Mark Sheppard), a con man-turned-prisoner who Peter helped jail in the series' first episode.
The trailer also includes a scene in which Mozzie (Willie Garson) cracks Neal's anklet tracking device, allowing him to be free of the FBI. It also features Neal saying he's about to cut all of his strings and that this is "just the beginning."

Season 5 of White Collar is scheduled to premiere on Thursday, Oct. 17 at 9 p.m. on the USA network. The season will only be 13 episodes, compared to the usual 16.
