Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman will go for a "traditional, classy" name for their baby boy, according to a friend, Amanda Holden.

In an interview with Entertainment Wise at the TV Choice Awards Monday night in London, Holden spoke about the news about Cowell being a first-time dad and about what baby names the X Factor judge will pick.

"Simon is a traditionalist so he will go for something classy." However, she did joke and added that he could just name his child after him. "He might name it after himself."

Amanda admitted that she hasn't sent any baby gifts yet.

"I haven't sent anything. I'm way too superstitious like that," she said before adding that she isn't about to give the father-to-be tips any time soon.

"I don't think he needs any," she revealed.

When asked if Cowell would ever walk down the aisle to get married, Holden gave a shocking answer.

"You know what, I would probably say yes," Holden said. "I never thought he would have a baby and I never thought he would get married so I'll say yes, I'm sure he'll do both."

Enstars reported earlier that Cowell gushed about his unborn son from ultrasound photos and is excited to becoming a first-time father.

"I went to see a scan today and it is just surreal," Cowell told the Times of the U.K. in an interview last month. "You literally see this thing which is now alive moving around. I feel very paternal right now."
